For Dr. Michael McLoughlin of Clarion’s Iowa Specialty Hospital, returning to the track at the Drake Relays was a personal challenge. Competing in the Masters 800 meter run on April 24, McLoughlin placed 9 out of 44 runners, finishing in 2:12.53.
